Moving Forward

More Eye-Candy.
         Work continues getting the Vesperides ready for publication.  It's gonna be a busy few days for me.  Some of you may remember from last year that my older boy's birthday is on Halloween, and we have costume parties and other festivities all weekend long.  That being said, I should still have the Vesperides ready to go on Tuesday. 
         In addition, I have already begun working on The Black Desert Primer and will most next Wednesday about the project, so you RocketFans will have a chance to request info that you'd like included in the book.  The same will go for all Core Rules Supplements;  I'm writing this for you guys, so by all means let me know what you want to see.

    Let me get a crack at the BD Primer first. Then I'll tell you.

    One thing - Jovian Chronicles has the Solar Cross (or something like that) for rescues in space. Any organizations like that?

    Let's see in general:
    •Law enforcement
    Criminal organizations + a bit on their techniques
    Controversial NGOs
    Spooks - you know, spies
    News Organizations
    Anything on blood sports
    Sample 'lost colony' of the Black Desert
    Any organization likely to have a major impact on a PC's life - traffic control, customs and the like

    There is no system-wide law enforcement or rescue organization in The Black Desert. Terran orbit is a mish-mash of conflicting jurisdictions, orbital claims and the like. In general, Geo-synchronous orbits are the territory of the governments who own the geography over that point on the surface. The other dozens of orbits are owned by different interests. Navigation is, to say the least, difficult.
